The challenge was to communicate a highly technical product in a way that felt clear, human and easy to engage with. In a category often focused on explaining functionality, we wanted the brand to express how the technology improves the hospitality experience, making interactions feel seamless, intuitive and effortless.

While the business was initially drawn to the name “Magic”, we developed the name “likeMagic” to capture the idea of technology that feels almost invisible in use, simplifying interactions across hospitality environments.

The identity was shaped around clarity and usability, ensuring the brand supports both understanding and interaction. Vibrant colour, clean typography and optimistic imagery create a visual language that feels accessible and empowering, balancing technological innovation with a sense of ease.

Guided by the idea of “Smart Hospitality, Effortless Technology”, the system was designed to work fluidly across digital product, sales and brand communication, creating a more coherent experience for guests, staff and suppliers alike.
