Pinella is one of Finland’s oldest restaurants, known for its connection to the cultural life of Turku and its refined approach to Nordic dining. We were invited to develop a series of brand and campaign images that captured the quality, craft and atmosphere of the restaurant experience.
Project Scope
Photography & Film
Working alongside photographer Anton Sucksdorff, we documented the full sensory experience of the restaurant, from locally sourced and foraged ingredients to the precision of preparation, the textures and tones of the interiors, and the detail of each plated dish.
The project coincided with the introduction of a new culinary direction developed in collaboration with Hermanos Torres, bringing renewed energy to the restaurant while remaining connected to its heritage and setting.
The imagery was designed to highlight craftsmanship, atmosphere and materiality, creating a richer and more contemporary visual expression across brand communications and editorial touchpoints.
The Outcome
A refined suite of imagery that captures the character and culinary craft of Pinella, strengthening the restaurant’s visual presence while preserving the heritage and atmosphere that define the experience.
