Pinella
Highlighting the quality, craft and passion of one of the oldest restaurants in Finland.
Pinella is one of the oldest restaurants in Finland – we had the opportunity to work with them and Michelin star chefs Hermanos Torres as they instated their own head chef and menu into the restaurant.
Working with photographer Anton Sucksdorff, we captured the whole experience – the locally sourced and foraged ingredients, the attention to detail of the preparation, the textures and palettes of the restaurant and the immaculately presented plates.
